Trommel Screen

Convotech Engineering LLP manufacturer scientifically designed Trommel Screen. Trommel Screen effectively composts based on properties of particle size and density.

Trommel mainly consists of motors, reducer, drum units, racks, etc. The inclination of drum equipment, the motor is connected by reducer & the drum unit, the drivedrum rotate around its axis. When the materials go into the drum unit, due to the inclination and the rotation of the drum unit, it makes qualified materials come out by the outer screen; substandard materials come out by the end of the rotary screen.

The unit has a feed hopper that feeds the trommel drum, at all variable speeds; it falls on a fine stockpile conveyor. The oversize conveyor is optional and can be mounted on the existing chassis the unit is powered by Convotech Engineering LLP.
