Mobile Sand Making & Washing Plant

Convotech Engineering presents a Mobile Sand Making & Washing Plant is an excellent application for making special fine aggregate (material) also known as the sand which has a great solid shape with a particle size of fractional size 0 to 5 mm. The V-80 is the result of sophisticated engineering and sophisticated design, high- quality components with long-lasting and wonderful workmanship.
All types of materials with different hardness levels like granite, basalt, dolomite, gabbro, limestone, etc. can be processed with satisfactory results by mobile sand making and washing plant.

Plants can be used in a very short time. In case of need, it is possible to equip the feeding bunker and stockpile conveyors with hydraulic cylinders and thus the plant can be operated without the need of any external equipment like cranes, loaders etc.

Mobile screening and washing facilities are carried by the tower on a single chassis or on a separate mobile wheel chassis and easily go into production after being brought into an operating condition in a short time at the building site. It is optionally offered in different sizes and with generators.
