Our Solid Waste Recycling Plant (or SWRP) is a state-of-the-art waste disposal facility capable of treating a wide range of solid waste for reuse or energy waste production, including municipal solid waste and sewage sludge. Like our other heavy equipment models, this plant has injection-molded construction to give you the details you need for a first-class presentation. The kit also includes an injection-molded outer frame that allows the plant to be arranged in multiple configurations for greater versatility. Assembly required.

Our solid waste recycling plant involves three technologies: a gasification system that converts solid waste into gas, a pyrolysis system that converts solid waste into fuel oil, and the process of converting hydrocarbons in fuel oil to plastic. The SWRP will have an annual capacity of 1500 tons of organic solid waste. 96% of all byproducts can be used as good-quality fuels or chemicals.

Our eco-friendly solid waste recycling plant, the main part of which is formed by the Convotech engineering unit which greatly reduces the time taken to process the waste.
